    Orders are processed on a daily basis and are usually shipped within 24 hours. Should an ordered item be out of stock but back in stock during the following 3 business days we will dispatch the item within the next 3 business days. Should an item be unavailable within that span of time (3 business days) we will contact you by email or phone, and the order will be 'undone.' (Also see more info under 'Payment.')

    Whilst we try to despatch goods within 24 hours of ordering, delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post or the chosen couriers.

    We usually dispatch via Australia Post but couriers (Fastway Couriers, Hunter Express and Greyhound Freight) are also used, depending on the item and other factors.

    Warranty

    New instruments have a 7 day money-back guarantee, counting from the day the goods arrived at your place.

    In addition, new instruments carry a 12 month general warranty. Bows over $100.00 also carry a 12 month warranty. Bows under 100.00 cary a 6 month warranty.

    Cases over $200 carry a 12 month warranty and cases under $200 carry a 6 month warranty. Strings carry no warranty.

    Refund Policy

    Instruments have a 7 day money-back warranty. After this, the musician has the option for three months to exchange the instrument free of charge or to upgrade the instrument, paying only the difference.

    Payment

    You have a choice of paying by credit card or PayPal.


    Credit Card Option:

    Your credit card will only be charged at the time the goods are dispatched unless other terms were discussed. Our secure sever warrants a high encryption of data, so that your details are secure. All credit card details are deleted as soon as the payment has been processed.

    As a rule, items that are displayed in our store are in stock.
    Should an ordered item be out of stock and not available for dispatch within 3 working days, you will be notified by email or phone, and your credit card will not be charged (unless you request other arrangements) and all credit card details will be deleted from our secure server.

     

    PayPal Option:

    As a rule, items that are displayed in our store are in stock. Should an ordered item be out of stock and not available for dispatch within 3 working days, you will be notified by email or by phone, and the paid amount will be immediately refunded if you have paid with PayPal (unless you request other arrangements).
